All customer reviews are authentic and come only from clients who have made their stay through Hotel.cz in the past. We go through them carefully, evaluate their relevance and appropriateness, and we weed out reviews with vulgar overtones or false statements. However, we do not edit reviews in any way. If there is an outstanding issue to be checked, we will do so first, then the review is published. In this case, it is often necessary to discuss the situation with a third party, so that the review is not posted on the web immediately.

Percentage average hotel rating is calculated by summing the values of all reviews and dividing by the total number of reviews.
